Under what circumstances is the lead seal applied

When the customs seals are imposed, and the strict regulations of the customs on the lead seals, the main purpose is to protect the safety of the goods. In the following two cases, the customs usually imposes seals:

If five pieces are taken out of the middle, Urumqi Customs will check the customs seals and passively make it difficult for the anti-smuggling police to make trouble.

3. According to the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China:

Article 37 The goods under customs supervision may not be opened, withdrawn, delivered, shipped, replaced, modified, mortgaged, pledged, retained, transferred, replaced, transferred or otherwise disposed of without customs permission. No one may open or damage the sealed seal imposed by the customs without authorization.

A lead seal is a device similar to a lock applied by a specific person after the goods are loaded into a container and the door is properly closed. Lead seals can be divided into customs seals, commodity inspection seals and commercial seals according to the different personnel applied. Once the lead seal is properly locked, it can not be opened unless it is non-violent(ie, cut open), and the damaged lead seal can not be reused. Each lead seal has a unique number on it. As long as the container looks complete, the container door is properly closed, and the lead seal is normally locked, it can be proved that the container was not opened privately during transport.
